Should i dump her or not?

ok well we dated for like a month and since her parents are onto something about us her mom is always like checking hers texts and everything the only real time i get to see her is at school but school is out for me and its hard to actually get a date without her mom knowing im gonna be there around.....we barely text anymore all cuz of her mom, should i just.....move on i dnt want to i like her a lot like love her but i dnt think i have a choice...
