HELP SAN JOSE CA find these criminals in a light blue pick up truck who dump their trash on private property!!?

So one the side of my street next to my house their are 3 men (hispanic) who keep dumping their furniture and trash all the time outside of my house...and we didn't catch them until today my dad threatened he would call the police if they don't pick up their trash and he ran inside the house to tell me to take a picture of them but they ran off so if you live in san jose (east side) close to JW Fair and see a light blue pickup truck with allot of trash in it and 3 hispanic looking dudes please try to get a picture of the truck and the person in it! ha ha i know most likely no body will reply but its worth a try.
