What do u do if u think your gf/bf is flirting with another girl/boy?

Okay. This is for my friend not me. He just got into a relationship with a girl and about 1week later he and everyone start to think she is flirting with other guys.he tried to tell her but she just started to ignore him. Is dumping her the best thing to do?
