Please, tell me what i can say or do to appease my husband after spending $600.00 only to keep myself & my?

children occupied while he was gone on business, keep in mind that i never spend any money besides this, nor do i ever ask for any...he acts like ive killed his mom. ofcourse ill kiss his butt & lower myself 2 make this situation better.
