Did Obama (once again) reaffirm his still unwavering belief in neocon "free trade" theory?

I think that somewhere in his mind he is thinking that we can get back to liberal ideals after we have done whatever it takes to straighten out the economy by working with the other side. He is still going on the assumptions that they are negotiating in good faith, and that you can fix the country by following their map. ∠°)
