Cichlid help?!!?! really confused.?

So ive searched on a couple websites about red stuff coming out of my cichlids butt. And there was nothing about it so, I was walking by there tank and i saw this fish taking a dump and it was huge i noticed it was red aswell like blood red. and the other fish were eating it! and then now its been 3 hours after i saw it and now there is stuff all over the tank filter and its red just like the poop i saw. I dont know what it is. Please help ASAP! if it was there guts im sure it wouldve been dead before 4 hours
